Bishop David Aaron Lazarus is the presiding Bishop and General Overseer of Siloam Word of Truth, the Kingdom Builders Network (KBN), a former Diocesan Bishop for Africa of the United Covenant Churches of Christ (UCCC) and the current Diocesan Bishop for Africa of the Kingdom International Consortium (KIC). The journey of Bishop Lazarus and Siloam Word of Truth is a ministry story that spans four decades, 45 years to be exact. A journey that has been joyfully shared with his wife of 52 years, Neela Lazarus.

Siloam Word of Truth is headquartered in Gauteng, South Africa with strong visible ministry presence on the African continent, surrounding islands, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent, Bishop Lazarus has developed the movement under his spiritual care to be an international model of influence.

Bishop Lazarus is a devout student of the Word of God, having pursued studies through various institutions and holds a Doctor of Divinity Degree from Seoul Theological Seminary in South Korea, which he was awarded in 2002. In 2007, Dr Lazarus was elevated to the office of Bishop, in the Lord's Church, under the examination of then presiding prelate, Bishop Larry D Trotter of the United Covenant Churches of Christ International.

Siloam Word of Truth, one church in many locations in South Africa portrays the picture of healing an integrated land, as it serves people from multi-faceted cultures within the Nation. Bishop Lazarus is a minister’s minister, a preacher, a teacher, a recording artist, accomplished author, church planter and spiritual covering to many ministers and churches. He preaches on the principles of Kingdom Dynamics, raising spiritual sons and daughters, leadership and debt free living. He is a Covenant Brother to church leaders over the continents of Europe, Asia, America and Africa.

A devoted family man, Bishop Lazarus is married to Neela Lazarus, an inspirational woman of God and is affectionately known as Mum Neela the world over. Her ministry is built on a strong foundation of being a knowledgeable teacher of the Word, an anointed prayer warrior and intercessor intermingled with being and a strong counsellor and mentor to her numerous spiritual sons and daughter across the globe. She is the Visionary and Founder of Whole Woman – Siloam, living out the purpose of empowering women from all ages and backgrounds to live purposefully in spiritual freedom. Bishop Lazarus is a father to three children and a grandfather to seven. In his practical fathering he raised up his three children in strong leadership qualities and active ministry involvement taking up key and strategic roles within the movement.
