Pastor Renal Mannikam blends his ministry education, business experience and training as an Executive Coach to formulate an approach in ministry that influences people to be, believe and serve better. His leadership is built on the lesson: “Ministry is about people”. A lesson learnt from Bishop Lazarus, who has been his mentor and spiritual father for over 25 years. Since preaching his first sermon at Siloam, at age 15, he has grown to sum up his life purpose with the statement “Success to You!” (Chronicles 12:18).
His wife of 18 years, Pearline Mannikam, has been his best friend for over 20 years. She is a profound minister of the Word, an astute mind in business and a respected mentor to women.
They celebrate their life journey with their two sons, and as a family, serve the Campus of Siloam Word of Truth – Sandton.
